Court Contact Service

Over the past three years, we have been accredited to provide supervised contact services to the court. This is a similar service to Supervised Access, however in this instance, it is carried out under a family court order.

Generally, one parent will hold the parenting order, with the other parent not able to have contact with their tamariki unless supervised. Our role, once a referral is received, is to carry out an assessment and make recommendations back to the court around the appropriateness of contact taking place and how it can be done. From there, we assist with the contact sessions.
